Make your mark.

More customers. Less chasing.

Etch turns twelve years of marketing into growth systems for established businesses: leads answered in minutes, past customers brought back, the weekly work going out on schedule, and the numbers on your desk every Monday. Marketing where it belongs, AI where it helps, and a person approving every send.

The Etch Engine

Marketing that runs while you run the business.

We built the first Etch Engine for Southaven Homes, the Tennessee home builder our partners also run. It answers leads, writes the agent email, composes the social post, checks it for compliance, publishes the blog and reports every Monday. It has run their marketing desk since summer 2026. We build it for a few clients at a time, on a stack we know.

Process

Drawn, cut, proofed, printed.

An etching is made in order, and so is a campaign. Five steps, the same every time, which is exactly why the fifth one can be handed to a machine.

  1. 1.

    Draw

Who you are talking to and what you need them to do. One page, plain English, agreed before anything gets designed. This is the Growth Assessment.

  2. 2.

    Cut

Copy, design and the plan for where it runs: email, text, print, social, web, or all of them at once.

  3. 3.

    Proof.

You see every proof before it goes anywhere. Nothing sends without your yes. This is the rule the Engine is built around.

  4. 4.

    Print

It goes out. On schedule, in your voice, to the right list, with the photos and the links already in place.

  5. 5.

    Edition

Then it repeats. The Engine keeps the calendar, drafts the next one and puts the numbers in your inbox every Monday.

The studio

Two partners. One studio.

Etch started in 2014 as Jessica’s studio: email, print and social for businesses that needed a marketing department and could not hire one. Ryan came in from the building side, where he runs Southaven Homes and builds the systems that run it. Together we make the work, and now the machines that keep making it.

We are married, which means the studio never really closes, and small on purpose, which means the people you meet are the people who do the work.

More leads, faster follow-up, a list that has gone quiet, a launch, or a whole marketing desk on rails. Two sentences is plenty; we will come back with questions, and usually with a time for the assessment call.
